    For 3 days now I've had a dry red ring around the opening of my penis as well as it (the hole) being a little swollen. I noticed it after masterbating. There also seems to be a little bit of pre-cum there. Its started to subside a bit since I first noticed but not completly. I've put lotion on it which worked a little but not totally and I dont believe it to be herpes STD. Please Help

    Allergic reaction (condoms for example), chafing, rash, "being too rough" etc. Over masturbating and or using forcefull activity may have cause injury to your penis. Stop mastubating activity and see a doctor or health clinic for damage assessment. Treatment: Put ice on swollen area to bring down the swelling. See if vaseline helps the red ring. Using a oil-base lubricant is adviseable during masturbation.
