For 3 days now I've had a dry red ring around the opening of my penis as well
as it (the hole) being a little swollen. I noticed it after masterbating. There
also seems to be a little bit of pre-cum there. Its started to subside a bit since
I first noticed but not completly. I've put lotion on it which worked a little but
not totally and I dont believe it to be herpes. Please Help

Over masturbating and or using forcefull activity may have cause injury to your penis.
Stop mastubating activity and see a doctor or health clinic for damage assessment.
Using a oil-base lubricant is adviseable.
