Follow Ups: Have Little Dark Red (Fordyce) Spots On Penis Head -

It seems you may have the following:
Fordyce spots: small (1-5mm) red or purple papules (Small solid rounded bumps rising from the skin that are each usually less than 1 centimeter in diameter, less than 3/8 inch across) that can
appear on the glans (penis head), penis shaft or scrotum and usually affect younger men.
They may occur as a single spot, but frequently appear in large amounts.
The red spots are usually painless and not itchy, but may cause embarrassment
because of their appearance, or a fear that they might be sexually
transmitted. The red spots are abnormally dilated blood vessels, covered by
thickened skin. The Fordyce spots may bleed if injured or even during sexual intercourse.
They are not infectious, their cause is unknown and sometimes resolve themselves. Although a number
of approaches have been tried for Fordyce spots, there is no simple, reliable treatment
to remove them. Troublesome bleeding Fordyce spots can be sealed with a device
that uses a small electric current (electrocautery) or vaporising laser treatment may be used if they are of cosmetic concern.
Please see a doctor or go to a clinic to make sure.

I applied the cream and the spots wen't away then a few days later the re-apppeared. These spots are randomly scatterd over the head of my penis, and the inner forskin is bright red. What do I do
