"Small White Headed Spots On The Underside Of My Penis Head"

I have noticed some small faintly white headed spots (approximately 5) on the underside of my penis head. I have no other symptoms and am confused as to what they may be. This is the first time I have ever had any such occurance. I\'ve been married for 4 years and been in a monogomous relationship for the past 6 years (no sex with anyone else other than my wife). My wife has been faithful. Prior to meeting my wife I have had protected and unprotected sex, but never any sexual illness as a result. I have had a number of blood tests over the past 5 years and have never been diagnosed with any type of illness (I also had HIV test which was negative). As I've never had these problems before, I am wondering if this is a sexually transmitted disease (such as herpes?) that has been dormant for all these years that has somehow come back? Is that possible? Am I worrying about nothing? Is this something I will have now passed onto my wife? We have 2 children and are happily married - a STD is something that would rock us, as its never even been an issue in our lives.

Any other possiblilities?

Many thanks for all help and informed opinions.
