Is it true about the medical scams involving penile injections for a bigger penis? Why don't they take insurance? Are these doctors urologists?

First question - Why are you even considering using penile enlargement injections? Men (and I'm included) really have this thing of "thinking" a bigger penis is what the women want. WELLllll this ain't true fellow. It is what you do with what you have that is the most important thing with women.
I know medical doctors can through surgery put implants into the penis, but I have not heard of penile injections. Frankly I'd be scared as H--- of having some QUACK put a needle into my penis.
My advice - DON'T do it!!!!
