Dude! Not every lady ejaculates when she comes! Only a few lady's have this ability. I can tell you that the ejaculate is colorless, odorless, and has the same consistincy as water, but a little bit more viscous. And yes, it comes out alot like a man's, sometimes it spurts and sometimes it just leaks out. As for the third question, I'm not really sure. Usually a so-called 'g-spot' orgasm produces these results(I've done it to my wife a few times). And like I said, most women either cant or dont know how.
