I have always had a problem with the inability to orgasm and ejaculate through oral sex. I have never has a problem with intercourse, self masturbation or when someone else masturbates me. I have had about 8 different women give oral sex to me but it has only ended up with me not ejeculating and them crying. any one got any advice.

Since you are able to cum during sexual intercourse and masturbation, your ejaculatory cum systems seems to be working ok.
Either she just can't do a good head job to stimulate ejaculation cum release or the nerve
endings in the head of your penis are not very sensitive.
Make sure she does the deep throat trick for added sensual feeling. While doing oral sex on you, she can be using her hand around your penis in the same up and down masterbation motion as her head.
You might be having a performance anxiety problem with oral sex, which you have to see a sexual therapist to sort out.
