Now, you want your cake and to eat it too. Sorry, it doesn't work that way. The cheating you are doing to your wife is having an effect on your mind (known as guilt) and so when you are with your wife, your quilt prevents you from having an penile erection.
Frankly, if your wife ever finds out about you cheating on her, I hope she "takes you to the cleaners" as they say.

Well, in my case I broke up with my girlfriend. Then I had a new girfriend. A few months later my ex-girlfriend wanted to get back together but I was unable to sexually perform for her. I was using
Viagra with both ladies. I guess you have to have the sexual desire. It seems like a Performance anxiety problem. Usually what happens is that the person is focusing more or less on the final goal, which is orgasm or pleasing the partner with an orgasm, and not really focusing on all the rest of what goes on in the sexual encounter, focus more on the relationship and the sensory experiences that they're having as opposed to the final goal -- more focusing on the process rather than the product.
