I've been having this problem for over 2 1/2 months now. One day, suddenly and
unexpectedly, after masturbating, (this may not be the cause) I felt like something
was wrong. The next day, things got worse. I felt like I couldn't pee, or very
little came out. I started feeling pain, at the tip of my penis, especially on the
right hand side. The problem gets worse. After I think I've beaten it, (no pun
inteneded) I suddenly feel like I haven't urinated all the way, and there is urine
stuck in my urethra. Same with ejaculation. There seems to be an awful lot of semen
that oozes out after I ejaculate. After urinating, it seems to me like, there are a
few drops that fall out onto my clothes. I do not feel normal like I did 3 months
ago. I feel horrible and have tried going to see a urologist, and taking all his
tests. Blood and urinalysis, come out clean. I had a pressure test, and ultrasound
on my bladder. That checked out fine. I just had a retrograde urethrogram, and
cystoscopy and another test, to test for a stricture. I haven't gotten my results yet,
I will tomorrow, but am LOSING MY MIND OVER THIS PROBLEM. It seems to me like I
feel a lot of pain at certain times, and walk around with a urethra full of urine,
which is uncomfortable, and all I can do is sedate myself and go to sleep. Going
out is next to impossible. I can barely concentrate, and would like to know if this
is indicative of something else. I read somewhere else on this forum that
lubricants can cause some problems, and I have used lubricants. I have just
recently dicontinued using them, for the sake of my penis. On the brighter side of
things I can urinate easier now, but after I do, I don't feel right. I also smoke a
lot of pot, and was on accutane when this problem happened. I'm not sure what it
can be, and need answers, since my doctor is telling me I'm a healthy person, and
there is nothing wrong with me.

You should use only use a oil-base lubricants for a bare penis. What kind where you using?
How did your retrograde urethrogram, and cystoscopy and another test, to test for a stricture come out?
