I am unmarried 26 years..Whenever I climax and ejaculate..after that I have headaches, drowsy feeling lasting for many hours..The same advice goes for ejaculation headache (Coital) as for any headache. If it's getting worse, suddenly different, repeating, then see a doctor. Ejaculation headaches are usually not doing you any serious damage, but occasionally they can be a sign of something serious or even life threatening.

Although rare, a ejaculation headache after orgasm and climax could be a sign of bleeding in the brain, stroke, tumour, or aneurysm. It could be a warning sign of something worse to come, so catching it early is very important.

Researchers believe that the ejaculation headache pain may be triggered by the exertion of sexual activity.
Anyone who develops a severe headache following these types of exertion should certainly be checked to rule out any underlying organic cause.
Tests may include a MRI of the brain and MRA of the blood vessels in the brain.
Common medications that may be tried for ejaculation headache include naproxen (Aleve), indomethacin, propranolol, and diltiazem. You can also try other NSAIDs that are often available over the counter, such as ibuprofen.

ag: 21. I recently and quite suddenly began experiancing severe headaches after ejaculation as well.
I develope an intense pain just behind my right ear that extends down to the middle o my neck. It's usually short lived. No more than 15-20 minutes, although it has lasted up to 90 minutes.
As I said it is something that up until a few weeks ago I have not experianced. It has been consitent, happening every time i ejaculate since it first became a problem.

I have had these but only when i am suffering from a lack of sleep. I another guy had the same problem dr. told him all this Mumbo Jumbo stuff that you read on the net turned out he just needed more sleep

I had prostate cancer after a PSA test showed 10.8. After weeks of radiation treatments to the prostate I began to have killer pain when I had a ejaculation. So it seems this type pain maybe related to the prostate gland. The good news is, I'm a cancer survivor but now I'm left with this ejaculation pain. So guys, go see a Urologist doctor, get your PSA level and prostate gland checked out.
