Ejaculation headaches after orgasm and climax , usually are harmless, but they can be a sign of some very serious conditions. In most cases they are benign, however, an vascular malformation can occur during sex, so you should get an angiogram to rule out any medical problems.
The same advice goes for ejaculation headache (Coital) as for any headache. If it's getting worse, suddenly different, repeating, then see a doctor. Ejaculation headaches are usually not doing you any serious damage, but occasionally they can be a sign of something serious or even life threatening.

Although rare, a ejaculation headache after orgasm and climax could be a sign of bleeding in the brain, stroke, tumour, or aneurysm. It could be a warning sign of something worse to come, so catching it early is very important.

Researchers believe that the ejaculation headache may be triggered by the exertion of sexual activity.
Anyone who develops a severe headache following these types of exertion should certainly be checked to rule out any underlying organic cause.
Tests may include a MRI of the brain and MRA of the blood vessels in the brain.
Common medications that may be tried for ejaculation headache include naproxen (Aleve), indomethacin, propranolol, and diltiazem. You can also try other NSAIDs that are often available over the counter, such as ibuprofen.

When you orgasms and climax for ejaculation your
blood pressure goes up, your heart rate rises, your breathing becomes deeper and heavier, and involuntary contractions of muscles throughout your body encluding in your head are caused by orgasmic nerve release function.
So, you must be having explosive orgasms that your body (including you head and neck) cannot handle. You may be stressful or intense at the moment of orgasm. When you climax try to relax more, periodically take deep breaths (for added oxygen to the brain) and enjoy the explosive pleasureable sensual situation.
