ag: 21. I recently and quite suddenly began experiancing severe headaches after ejaculation as well. I develope an intense pain just behind my right ear that extends down to the middle o my neck. It's usually short lived. No more than 15-20 minutes, although it has lasted up to 90 minutes. As I said it is something that up until a few weeks ago I have not experianced. It has been consitent, happening every time i ejaculate since it first became a problem. I have made no significant changes in diet, physical exertion, or sexual behaviour.
