I would say most males have these small pimples "white bumps" on their penis. I do, and I didn't and don't play active sports. They do seem to be where the pores openings in the skin are (by the hair follicles. And yes, there can be secretions that that will make the "white bump" larger. Once in a great while I will see one of these larger bumps, lumps, which is basically a pimple. Unless it physically bothers you, I would not be greatly concerned.

Hi i have noticed some white bumps around the rim of my penis head, it hurts and becomes a bit sore if i have rough sex or self-stimulate rough. i am not circumsized. is this Fordyce Spots. i have had these white pimple bumps for as long as i can remember but dont know how i developed it.

I have just discovered this somewhat big bump on my penis. The bump is on my penis skin like in the middle on my penis, it's not anywhere near the head of the penis. I would describe the bump like medium size, it's white, it doesn't hurt when I touch it. I also discovered smaller whit bumps a few centimeters away from the bigger bump, but these smaller bumps almost looks like it can be pimples but doesn't feel like one. Does not hurt when touched. I am not circumcised. please help!
