I am also uncircumcised. When my penis is erect, the foreskin only covers a part of the head of my penis at most. During intercourse the whole head of the penis is exposed. That just seems very natural and normal to me. So during intercourse your penis is "behaving" the same as mine.
From your description, it seems to me there is not adequate natural lubricant. That happens to us now and then too. Solution - My wife and I especially like Wet Platinum. It is very slippery and stays that way for a very long period of time.
Now to the "lecture". I admonish you to practice safe sex, and that DOES mean to wear a CONDOM. PERIOD!!! Intercourse carries with it a tremendous amount of responsibility. We don't need (nor ever did) any more illegitimte babies. And then there is the issue of STD's, AIDs, etc., etc. With the condom, before you have intercourse apply some of the lubricant. It will make intercourse easier and also give you more of a natural feel.
