I am in high school and have been extremly worried.I have done my research lately and I know a lot about this form of testicular cancer.
I noticed a lump on my one testicles months ago a little pain symptoms but I can't always feel it. Also it is not stationary to my testicle, it does move around when I feel it so I was wondering the causes and if that had any bearing on this issue?
I know that I should get it checked out, but that is a lot easier said then done so I was also wondering if there are clinics that will give free examinations so I do not have to bring this up to my parents yet. I do not have a very open relationship with my parents so its even harder to mention this.
Also... Since I have waited a few months to really attempt to take care of this I was also wondering what the chance of it spreading is ? I know the longer I wait the better chance of having it spread but I want to know about the amount of time it takes for this form of scrotum cancer to spread.
I would really appreciate any advice you could give me, but I do not want to get lectured about this. Thank you.

It is most likely a sperm sack that has formed outside of the testicle... it is quite common and requires not treatment. If it feels like a squishy movable ball next to the testicle it is most likely a sperm sack thingy... not remotely dangerous. They go away. My advice, have it checked out by a doctor.
Its probably nothing, my ex husband had cancer of the testes (and his lump didn't move a lot) my advice is still better to have it looked at.
