Why not just pop down to the doctors for a quick checkup. Have a look in your local phone book, there should be a listing of sexual health help lines I am sure that one of them would be able to put in contact with a free clinic.
Its probably nothing, my ex husband had cancer of the testes (and his lump didn't move a lot) but it is still better to have it looked at.
