Hi all, I'm 48 and have had several auto imune disorders for at least 28yrs. Lately I've had penile erectile dysfunction and i'm sure its some of the drugs, I lowered one and got partial relief. Anyway, my wife has been very good about my sexual health problems, but our ideas about sex are very different, we`ve know this for many years (been married 22yrs, lived together 6 before that). Yesterday we had sexual intercourse, and I had a hard penile erection through it all (hooray!) but I couldn't ejaculation sperm fluid come, so I took it lightly and said this means we could do it again this afternoon, she made noises of agreement, and my imagenation told me it was a definate yes (hah!) She didn't want to, she just doesn't think about sex unless I dont want it. There in lies the problem, how to evade the frustrations. After all these years, it's now i cant take it. Am i insecure about my recent poor sexual health? Excuse me while I find a diversion, but if i do that she`ll suddenly want sexual intercourse and I wont have it. What can we do about these problems?
