I am 22 years old and I have a serious problem that has got me scared. I have lost feeling in my penus and have difficuty getting penile erections. There is a vain in the bottom of my penus that seems to be bigger then usually and it aches sometimes. Also my right testical hurts sometimes as well. I can still get penile erections, but it takes alot to get them.   From what i`ve heard, you might want to check into a pinched nerve in your back,possibly from a sliped disc. I have one and I was told this can be very serious and to return if i had any of the trouble you discribe.

Has he been circumsized? If not, under foreskin maybe needs cleaning and drying. Try applying vaseline on his penus to see if that helps. Have a doctor look at him.
