Yep, you said the magic words - antidepressant pills. I would suggest that he talk to his doctor and tell him of his "problem". Hopefully his doctor can prescribe another medication that will not cause this "adverse" effect.
I am a little puzzled by "He reaches climax and then the feeling disapears." If he climaxes, then does he ejaculate semen. If so, then he is normal. If not, he should see his doctor.
