I am 34 years old, an Asian national, married with 1 son and 1 daughter. My questions are very straightforward and at the same time very personal as it concerns my sexuality. I’ve read articles from your site.
Here are my conditions, situations and the questions related to it. Please pardon me if I have to use direct wordings to best describe my question. I tried to be very specific so that I can get a specific answer.
1. Condition: I was
circumcised at the age of 13. While I was maturing, I noticed that my external reproductive organ is not really gaining length nor girth and there was still some foreskin covering the head of my penis when flaccid. I need to pull the foreskin just to urinate. So when I reached the age of 25, though I was ashamed, I went to a doctor for an adult genital circumcision. Finally the head of my penis was fully exposed. I was prompted to have this adult foreskin circumcision because I am getting married that year. Now my situation……my penis when unerected is just 2 inches, 1.5 inches in diameter. 4 inches when erected and more or less 2 inches in diameter.
1.1. Is this normal with my age (34)?
1.2. Does my early foreskin circumcision effect my genital penis size problem?
1.3. My condition has caused a lot of insecurities in myself. I avoid joining male peer groups especially when
penile exposure is inevitable such as in swimming, etc. wherein the size of the penis will surely be seen by peer groups who happens to have big genitals. What can you advise me to do so that I can get rid of this insecurities?
1.4. I hate to undergo any penile enlargement surgery. Based on couple of comprehensive researches, this external reproductive organ surgery does more harm than good. I do not intend to have it nor use pumps or sex toys to increase penis size. Please advise what should I do.

2. Condition: When I got married, my wife is a virgin. I did satisfy her sexually. However, in the course of time, I feel insecured because again of my genitalia. When she sees me naked, and my penis flaccid, I feel so insecure because it’s like I am abnormal. Now that I have a son, it’s also my concern. How if sees my penis with that short size? I feel so insecure. I even avoid tucking my shirt in because there is nothing to show in front (trace of the penis behind the pants).
2.1. My wife is happy with the size of my genitals, but can you advise me on how to build my confidence around the size that I have?
2.2. After the first round of my sexual intercourse with my wife, my penis quickly looses erection. And it takes many minutes to get genital erection again. Is this normal?
2.3. Please advise if I have to drink a medicine to help me keep my penis erection even for long play of sex activities with my wife. She sometimes wants more than a round of sex intercourse and I would like to meet her needs. Please advise.
2.4. Most if not all men gets quickly aroused when they see beautiful ladies…this is not my situation. I don’t get aroused nor get genital penis erection when I see beautiful girls. Is this normal?
3. My second child, a daughter was born last Dec 2001. My wife gave birth on caesarian delivery for both of our children.
3.1. How many years should we wait before we can have her pregnant again for our 3rd child without risking her health and life.
4. My testicles are not undescended. But unlike other men, my balls are not free falling. It does contract sometimes (without pain). Sometimes I have to use my bare hand to pull it out. When my wife wants to put it in her mouth, I even have to help her find or get it with my hand before she “eat” it.
4.1. Is this normal? Please advise.
5. My son is now 7 years old. I would like to know, what is the perfect or the right age for a boy to be circumcised so that the growth of his genitals is normal - not like mine which up to this writing I consider to be not normal.
6. I have a friend who got his right testicle removed because it was soon to be cancerous because that one which was removed was undescended. He wants to know if the removal of one of his testicles a hindrance for him to get his wife pregnant? Is there any possibility for him to have his own child? Should he be circumcised?

Follow Ups:
1.2 - Circumcision has nothing to do with the size of an erect penis. By the way, the "scientific" way to measure the length of your penis is as follows: Either you or your wife can get your penis rock hard. Then stand up, and hold it so it is horizontal to the floor. Next take a ruler and push it up against the bone just above your penis. Then just measure the length to the tip of your penis.
1.3 - I think it is normal for males to "judge" one another as to penis size. Just remember, that a flacid penis is no indication of how big it will get when it is erect.

2.1 - BELIEVE what your wife says. If she is happy, then you should be too. You are putting way to much emphasize on size. Forget it, or it will destroy you and your relationship with your wife.
2.2 - Perfectly normal.
2.3 - The older men get the longer the refractory time (time it takes to get an erection again. There is NOTHING that you can do, that is just the way it is. Do you stimulate your wife's clitoris until she has an orgasm BEFORE you have intercourse?

A handsome young lad went into the hospital for some circumcision surgery, and the day after the procedure a friend stopped by
to see how the guy was doing. His friend was amazed at the number of nurses who entered the room in short intervals with
refreshments, offers to fluff his pillows, make the bed, give back rubs, etc. "Why all the attention?" the friend asked,
"You look fine to me."
"I know!" grinned the patient. "But the nurses kind of formed a little fan club when they all heard that my circumcision required twenty-seven stitches."

what is the normal range of human
male genital organ and if less what can be done to improve it.
Reply by: Tim
Normal range of mature erected penis size runs from 5 inches to 7 inches.
To increase penis size, pills, devices and herbal creams possibly don't work, and surgery, which does work, can be dangerous and leave a man disfigured or impotent.
In the end you must weigh the possible risks against the possible benefits.

Well I ordered some Viagra Rx prescription drug on the Internet.
This is the first time I buy the impotence treatment pills online and it went very well. No
prescription, low prices, discreet delivery, international shipping. Why don't you give it a try!
