Hey RichT I went to a doctor like you said and he said I have dermatitis chronic pruritic penis skin condition also called eczema, is a term for an inflammation of the penis skin that generally describes swollen, red and itchy skin. I was wondering if anyone else has ever dealt with this before. He gave me a Hydrocortisone creme he said which should clear up the strange red skin. It's been 5 days though and I don't notice much of a difference. Just wondering if anyone knew how long its supposed to take. Thanks!
