Hey RichT I went to a doctor like you said and he said I have dermatitis chronic pruritic penis skin
condition also called eczema, is a term for an inflammation of the skin that
generally describes swollen, red and itchy skin. I was wondering if anyone else has ever dealt with this before. He gave me a hydrocortizone creme he said which should clear up the strange red veins.
