My husband has been taking 25mg Viagra pills for two years. Now he is starting to have problems maintaining an erection again. Is it okay to increase to 50mg pill dosage or will that even help?

He should see a MD doctor for a checkup, there may be a reason why he is having penile erection problems again. Maybe check his testosterone (male sex hormone) level. Or, Psychotherapy may be needed for him.
If there is no change in his health the doctor may ok it for him to increase the viagra pill dosage to 50mg (that is the normal doctor recommended prescription drug dosage). I know I had to increase my pill dosage from 25mg to 50mg after using it for 2 years. It again, gave me a hard penile erection suitable for sexual intercourse. If that doesn't give him a hard erection then, there may be other impotence issues that you should follow up on.
