I have been to my doctor 2 times, and he has given me a prescription 2 times, for different things. However I do not see any difference, and I am starting to become angry with this doctor. Should I ask him to reccomend me to a specialist? I'm really worried. The doctor said the first time I had penile dermatitis the second time it was some kind of internal cyst problem. Is this normal for a doctor to miss the prognosis twice!!!? Help!

  The best specialist would be a Urologist to help diagnose your penile problem. Many genitourinary skin problems are easily treatable and do not require much intervention. FYI, the "prognosis" is the anticipated outcome, and the "diagnosis" is the condition itself.
