    I have what seem to be a couple of small lumps or boils on my penis, I always thought they'd just go away evntually but they havn't. I have been to my doctor 2 times, and he has given me a prescription 2 times, for different things. However I do not see any difference, and I am starting to become angry with this doctor.

    Should I ask him to reccomend me to a specialist? I'm really worried. The doctor said the first time I had penile dermatitis the second time it was some kind of internal cyst bump problem. Is this normal for a doctor to miss the prognosis twice!!!? Help!

    The best specialist would be a Urologist to help diagnose your penile lumps problem. Many genitourinary skin problems are easily treatable and do not require much intervention. FYI, the "prognosis" is the anticipated outcome, and the "diagnosis" is the condition itself.

    By all means get a second opinion from another doctor about the penile dermatitis skin problem. AND in my opinion don't ask your doctor for a recommendations.
