He should see a MD doctor for a checkup, there may be a reason why he is having erection problems again. Maybe check his testosterone (male sex hormone) level. Or, Psychotherapy may be needed for him. If there is no change in his health it may be ok for him to increase the viagra or generic equivalent dosage to 50mg (that is the normal doctor recommended prescription drug dosage). If that doesn't give him a hard erection then, there may be other impotence issues that you should follow up on.
