If you have not been hit, kicked or injured in the testicles (balls) which would cause pain then, you would know what caused the blood in the seminal sperm ejaculation fluid.
It is most likely in the absence of pain, fever or symptoms such as swelling of the testicles or a palpable lump, that you have simply had a small bleed from one of the blood vessels in the sperm producing apparatus for no specific reason. It would be advisable to attend your doctor or county health department for a check up to confirm all is well and put your mind at rest.

I have a hardness (all of the time) at the end of my penis that goes into my body. I am 56 y/o and it has been bothering me for years and it has seemed to gotten worse recently.
Do you know about this condition. It may have started a a blockage I had as a teenager and I never looked into it.

It sounds like peyronies disease. A plaque forms on the inside of your penis and hardens. Sometimes it causes the penis to bend or curve more that normal. Check with a doctor to find out for sure.

I am 15 years old an about 2 weeks ago I noticed that I had a black and blue lump under the foreskin of my penis.
Now I am a pretty big Person, so my penis is not very big and is like inside my body fat.
And the lump on the one side of my penis is Swollen and and I was wondering what it was Thanks.

A swollen area on your penis is a sign of infection, injury or irritation. Be sure you keep the area under your foreskin
clean with mild antibacterial soap and water. You may have bacteria causing the swelling. You can try over the counter antibiotics creams to see if that helps. See a urologist doctor.

It's probably the skin left over from your circumcision that wasn't completely cut off.
