You said that you were worried about something each time that you attempted to sleep with these woman. I'd say that is what your problem is, worry can do that.
Another thing it could be is that your girlfriend won't let you sleep with her; therefore there is no pressure for you to 'perform' and that could be why you are getting good erections when with her and not with the other women..when there is pressure to perform.
Just try to relax, if you start fooling around try to not think of the actual intercourse/erection part, let things happen naturally and you should be ok.
By the way alcohol can inhibit erections too so aviod alcohol.
