I'm 18 years old and I'm having a penis issue problem. Basically, seemingly at random, my
penis itching heavily. Pulling back the foreskin reveals a clear, strong odor smelling
oily substance covering the head and often collecting at the bottom of the head in
small deposits. It's not smegma, I know that much. Also the inside of the foreskin
gets wrinkled and redness and itchy, I assume as a result of the substance.
Thorough washing with water seems to get rid of it, but it's not consistent. Sometimes it doesn't go away immediately and the itching persists. I don't see how it could be an STD, I've only had sex with my girlfriend and she's clean plus we always use condom protection.

Symptoms are of Balanitis, is an inflammatory condition of the penis which may present with redness and rash, often occurs in uncircumcised foreskin males and may be caused by a fungal origin. I would strongly suggest that rather than attempting antifungal cream
treatment without a diagnosis that you have your physician exam for an evaluation so that a proper diagnosis and treatment can be initiated.
Good Hygiene is very important. Cleanliness is conductive to maintaining one's health. Make sure you wash your hands before masterbation. Use natural oil-based lubricants, used only for bare penises like Wet Platinum Lubricant.
Use Vitamin E (in liquidLiquid co-q10 Liquid pedvaxhib Liquid pred form 4000IU). Vitamin E is found at any store by the Hand or Foot creams and lotions (ask someone). Just Rub on the foreskin, pull foreskin back and rub on head.
Check with your doctor to examine you for futher treatment, STD testing and to see if you have other conditions that need attention. It maybe some other sort of skin condition, STD, or fungal infection.
This may be a simple bacteria infection that can be easily
cleared up with a cream prescribed from your doctor.

Is it easier for someone who is not Circumcised to get a fungal infection on thier penis?
My son is not Circumcised and has what looks like a rash on his penis where the foreskin covers his penis.
