I'm 18 years old and I'm having a penis issue problem. Basically, seemingly at random, my
penis itching heavily. Pulling back the foreskin reveals a clear, strong odor smelling
oily substance covering the head and often collecting at the bottom of the head in
small deposits. It's not smegma, I know that much. Also the inside of the foreskin
gets wrinkled and redness and itchy, I assume as a result of the substance.
I need to know what this is. It doesn't seem to have a pattern of appearing, washing it off usually makes it go away for a while. Sometimes it appears after masterbation, sometimes it doesn't and occassionally it appears when I've skipped a day's wash or something.
