Excellent Michael, glad you are seeing a new doctor. Again, I sincerely believe your wife needs to also see this doctor, or her GTN so that she can be checked for any infection, Candida or other problem.
Out of nowhere I ended up getting a fungal infection under foreskin head of my penis. I did use one of those fungal creams which helped, but I also noticed that it seemed to again get worse after we had intercourse. WELLLlll after a few weeks we both decided it was best for me to visit my doctor.
Yep, I did have a yeast fungal infection. He gave me some words of advice on making sure the foreskin was pulled back after a shower so that the head of the penis dried off well. He also gave me some antifungal cream and "the fluconazole pill". He also highly recommended that my wife be checked by her doctor. He said that fungal infections are very often passed back and forth between husband and wife.
Sure enought, my wife also had a Candida fungal infection. She also took "the fluconazole pill". That pill plus making sure the head of my penis is dry after showering has done the trick.
After almost a year now we have not had any problems with fungal yeast infections.
I am interested and concerned about the situation with you and your wife, so please do give me an update. Thanks.
