I wear men's briefs underwear okay? Good. Now are boxers trunks choice is better for you? When I beomce erect like 4 times a day for some odd reason it kinda hurts cause i have on briefs? what do i do problem? will this affect my testes infertility and sperm count? switch to men's boxers? briefs are to tight with long pants on dont you all think?

Now I'm a girl so am probably the wrong person to be answering this question, but I did have a chat with my husband about your question. He wears only mens boxers or nothing, basically for the same reason you have given - comfort. He finds boxers comfortable under either long or short pants, make sure you buy the correct size for you; they are meant to be fairly loose.
Medically speaking men's boxers are better too, they allow the air to circulate keeping men's testes cool...very important to maintain healthy sperm poduction. Not to mention it also elimates other pesky problems such as jock itch etc

I prefer to wear briefs when I wear shorts in the summer. How do I put this gracefully? Boxers are looser than briefs in the legs. Sometimes with loose shorts and boxers, people get a better view of my penis genitalia equipment than I want them to have. I don't like them to be able to look up my shorts and see my testes balls and dick hanging down.

Yes he is, and sometimes more genital erections!! (I'm a lucky girl!)
