I have 3 real small scabs on my penis and one on the head. You can barely see them. I don't know what they are. They just look like really small scabs, don't hurt. Could this be a genital infection, virus, disease or cancer to my external reproductive organ? What's going on???

  i just noticed those on my penis shaft and head too. i believe i got them from scratching up against a zipper or something else in my clothing. they look like scrapes i get when i fall, so thats what i assumed. i'm not really worried about it, but if someone knows something i dont, please post it.

  my g/f noticed scabs close to the head on the right side of my penis, she freaked out and wanted me 2 go 2 the dr, so i did, and it turns out that my penis, idk if every1s does, hangs 2 the left all day and the right side rubs against my boxers and irritates it... all i had 2 do was put "triple antibiotic ointment" on it when i noticed it was dry...

I have dark scabs on my genital reproductive organ. I finally went to a dermatologist and he said they were not a problem. The scabs were not a infection, virus, a disease or cancerous. Me and my boyfriend have been together for about 6 months, he just recently got scabs too. We are both clean, and when i noticed this i started freaking out. I didnt know what was going on, he knows he's clean and i knwo im clean but he thinks im lieing, but u guys just helped me out big time. He was on vacation for 10 days and forgot to bring lotion with him, so his skin must have been just really irritated and dry. Thats a relief...sorry for ur luck tho!

Reply by If you truly had scabs, then you had to have a cut or other lesion. That is regardless of the cause--herpes, abrasion from masturbation, or anything else.
