You probably have what is called Blue Balls.
The main cause of aching blue balls is prolonged sexual arousal of the erect penis, either by direct or indirect contact, that does not result in orgasm and ejaculation. The easiest way to relieve the aching symptoms of blue balls is through an orgasm.
The resultant ejaculation jump-starts the sympathetic nervous system, which increases blood flow through the groin area, dissipating the fluid buildup. Even without orgasm, the symptoms of blue balls usually subside within an hour of onset, but they can also last much longer, up to 3 hours

It could be a injury, infection or testicular cancer.
In early stages, testicular cancer may be symptomless. When symptoms do occur they include: Lump on testicle, epididymis or vas. Enlargement of a testicle. Heavy sensation in groin area or testicles. Dull ache in groin or abdomen area. If you find a lump or have any of the above symptoms, see your doctor immediately for an accurate diagnosis.

Dont know whether i put this in the the write sections but anyway.
i was checking my testicle for any lumps just to check, and there was no lumps on my testicles. then the night of the check or the night after, not to sure, my left groin felt a bit weird and maybe my testicle but im not sure about the testicle because it was hard to tell where the feeling was coming from.

I gave it a bit to recover and the discomfort in my left groin went( i dont think i had a weird feeling in my testicle but if i did it was very minor and was gone before my groin felt better) so now my groin felt better.
I went to play tennis and the discomfort came back, but i kept on playing tennis and as i kept going it kinda got a bit worse not to bad tho, then it started to go away so i played even more. The feeling in my groin is a tight feeling like when u go gym and do weight sorta thing and ya muscle is pumped up. the day after the tennis the groin was ok and was feeling normal. Anyone know what is wrong? Could it be a hernia?

Posted by Mann: - what kind of hernia occurs in the testes?
my son's right testes is much larger than his left testes. i think it is an hernia, but i don't know what kind. it's not painful though, i just thought i need to know what kind, because i'm afraid he might need to undergo surgery in his early age
