Ive recently become increasingly worried about my sexual well being and am looking for advice/help.
: Im a 23 year old reasonably fit male but i think im losing my libido. Between the ages of 14- 19 all i thought about was sex and acheived rock hard erections in sseconds many times a day. i was in an accident when i was 19 and took alot of painkillers for over a year after a couple of operations ( shattered leg ). This last few years ive noticed my sexual desire has gone to almost zero, i never think about sex anymore and dont get random erections. I find it hard to achieve a secondary erection after sex, before this was no problem whatsover ( 3 or 4 times easily ). sometimes my lack of desire means i have trouble getting erect for the first time, and this is happening more and more regualarly. My genital area just doesnt feel as full of sensation as it did a couple of years back. Erections are no longer solid and almost just semi erect sometimes.
: My penis has always been on the small side but this doesnt give me any size hangups/worries.

: Have my testosterone levels just plummetted after being so high in my teens? will it return? Has taking painkillers (co-proxamol) killed my libido?

Stop smoking now.
Drugs (painkillers) can play havick on your manhood.
If possible, exersise more to promote testosterone.
Get sensual with your partner, not just sexual.
Your smallish cock has nothing to do with this.
