Anyone out there suggest a prescription drug to take to LOWER my overactive libido (sexual desire) to match my peri-menopause wife?   Let's turn this around. I would suggest that your wife visit her doctor and have her testosterone level checked. A low testosterone level (yes for women) can greatly reduce ones libido. If her testosterone level is normal, then perhaps her GYN doctor can talk with her on what may be causing her low libido. STRESS is a killer of libido as can be antidepressiant medicines.
