No your not overeacting to the situation. The fact of the matter is that he has no right legally or morally to tape you without your consent.
I would be concerned as to whether or not he has used the video for his own private use or if he has taken the liberty of showing his friends - I doubt that he would admit it if this was the case.
My guess is he has made the tape to use as a masturbation tool, or as a way to boost his own ego.
Let him know in no uncertain terms that you will not tolerate this violation of your privacy again.
