Its possible that the hydrogen peroxide that you first used has slightly bleached the skin, causing a colour difference - if this is the case eventually the colour will return to normal.
Applying cream can be good...but the wound needs to breath in order to heal itself..sunshine is also good. Wear loose boxer shorts - try to wear nothing when possible. 2 weeks is not long, it takes longer than that for skin to grow in such a delicate place - especially if you are keeping it moist with creams.
I stick with Rich.T though, get it checked by your doctor..I am sure that for something that is as important to you as this you will make the time.
