I would recommend that you speak with your doctor about this. Tell him of your observations regarding your ejaculate before the medication, while taking the medication, and now after taking it. Is it possible the infection has returned? Please do speak with your doctor. If your doctor is a urologist, that is great. If not, I would suggest that you also seek the advice of a urologist who is more specialized in such matters.
