The problem is although I've had regular girlfriends, and even slept with girls but, I've never actually done sexual intercourse before. I have started to see someone and am ready to take the plunge. The problem is she will be fairly experienced (she's 29,I'm 23) don't want her to know, that i've never done sexual intercourse before but, don't want to let her down. What do I do?!?!

Your girlfriend is not going to care if you are a virgin - in fact she is more likely to be flattered that you have chosen her to be your first. Why not be honest with her? You won't let her down. Just remember a caring, considerate lover is a good lover. Don't rush things, take your time when making love to her, concentrate on all her erogonous area's...in other words all of her (not just the interesting bits!...her back, neck etc can all be very sensitive to touch. But most importantly, relax and have fun.

  Andy, Bindii is RIGHT ON!!! Excellent words of advice. I especially liked her comment "Why not be honest with her?" What better time and situation to show her your honesty, openness, and caring. It will give her added confidence that in other things and times she can count on you being honest and open.
  Andy, do remember that for most women, and possibly your partner, it is their clitoris that must be stimulated manually/orally in order to have an orgasm. For most women, they do not have an orgasm during sexual intercourse. THEREFORE, do pleassure her during foreplay until she has an orgasm. THEN both of you can enjoy sexual intercourse together. Also, plese do practice SAFE SEX, and that means using a condom. Use a prelubricated one. In addition, apply a small amount of a lubricant (we think Wet Platinum is the very best and is one of the few that is compatible with latex condoms) on the outside of your condom and at the front opening of her vagina. The lubricant will help to reduce friction, increase sensitivity, and reduce the probability of the condom tearing.
  As Bindii said, "Don't rush things, take your time when making love", and most of all relax and enjoy. Remember too that no one is an expert the first time we try anything. It takes practice. So by you telling her that she will be the very first one, she will better understand and be more understanding however things go. RELAX, ENJOY!!!

    RichT. Whoa! where do you get your information? Most women don't have orgasm during sexual intercourse? What? Who told you that? There is nothing more satisfying and brings an orgasm better and faster then being filled up totally with a penis and a man who knows how to move it inside. The hell with the clitoris bit, it can have a life of its own. Men who just concentrate on the clitoris and seem to not understand the deep satisfaction of being deeply, soundly penetrated are really missing what being a women is all about. I mean really? Thinks about it, how the hell is sperm supposed to get in there? We want you in there and we have orgasms with you and best with you in there.

      I agree with Rich with this one. The vast majority of women are not able to orgasm through intercourse. Where does the information come from - check the stats.

      Lee, That's great you can have an orgasm during sexual intercourse. I'm sure it is very satisfying to have an orgasm during sexual intercourse. However, you are the exception. The majority of women do not have orgasms during intercourse. They do need to have their clitoris manually/orally stimulated to have an orgasm.
