Well I checked the internet a bit and found some information. You may also wish to check. Go to the "Google" search engine and type in "ejaculation groin pain". There are a number of web sites with information on this. Two that I looked at both talked about prostatitis, and urethritis as possible causes. Your husband may already have been tested for these. These two web sites are at http://health.yahoo.com/health/dc, and http://www.drkoop.com.
Also mentioned is that not having adequate lubrication can make intercourse not pleasurable. My wife and I find that a lubricant can greatly help in increasing the pleasure by reducing friction. Our natural lubricants are less at our age and so most of the time we do you as lubricant. Of those we have tried, Wet Platinum is far superior to other lubricants. It is very slippery and stays slippery for a very long time. Many other lubricants are slippery for a few minutes, and then become very sticky. One of the worst is Astroglide in our opinion.
I hope this gives you some food for thought and some things to look into.
