My husband who is now 44 began having trouble maintaining an penile erection about three years ago and he was prescribed Viagra. Things were back to normal for the most part until the past month. Just a quick question -- how often does he do PC excercises?
After I started doing these (and they take a good few months to fully build up), I can keep an erection almost effortlessly.
Does the guy read books on the subject? Would you say he was knowledgeable about sexual health, or a little on the clueless side? I'd venture to say that if he became fairly educated on the topic of sexual health, just this alone would probably boost his confidence a lot, and any anxiety he was previously experiencing would probably vanish pretty quickly.

Perhaps he is so concerned about maintaining his erection that the mental "pressure" just causes his penis to become flaccid. Somehow he needs to gain some confidence in himself.
