Last night, as I came to a climax; and felt the ejaculation fluid semen come out like a watery type and found in the morning; the sheets stained with blood. It was not a heavy stain, it was a water type one. Can you tell me ASAP, do I need to make a doctors app. right away?

Its very important that you get to your docs asap. Blood in your climax ejaculation semen fluid can be a sign of many different things including some types of cancers.
