The ONLY thing that actually works to make men's penis larger is surgery. AND surgery carries with it certain risks. Okay Ted, what IS the current length of your erect penis? I'll tell you how guys determine and measure penis length as they do in the scientific studies. First get your penis rock hard. Then stand up and move your penis so that it is horizontal with the floor. Next take a ruler and place it above your penis. Push the one end of the ruler up against the bone that is just above your penis. Then simply measure the length of the penis to the tip of it's head. That's it.
