I have not had any morning erections since then and also during the night when i am awake I sometimes feel my penis and i never find that i have a strong hard erection. I am very worried. It happened about 5 years ago in bed when my hand accidentally hit my erect penis quite hard. The pain carried fot the next years on and off, and i would not be able to get a strong erection. Also around the same time during masturbating, I would sometimes have sharp nails which would advertently scratech and damage the blood vessels on my circumcised penis, just under the glands. Now in that area i cannot see the blood vessels when I stimulate my penis. I do not know what to do. Please help.
