The pain carried fot the next years on and off, and i would not be able to get a strong erection only limp soft erection. Also around the same time during masturbating, I would sometimes have sharp nails which would advertently scratech and damage the blood vessels on my circumcised genital, just under the glands head. Now in that area i cannot see the blood vessels when I stimulate my genital. I do not know what to do. Please help.

Focus more on the relationship and the sensory experiences that your having as opposed to the final goal -- more focusing on the process rather than the product. Get plenty of exercise, eat healthy foods (no junk foods) and take Viagra, Cialis or Levitra for erections that last long if your doctor approves.
