It's probably a little cyst, could even be a small infected hair follicle. Could be a blood clot from agressive sex... or aggresive masterbation... as the case may be:) but none the less harmless and will should heal in a few weeks.

Do not squeeze it, keep clean to prevent infection. Placing a warm moist cloth (compress) over the area may help the cyst or boil to drain and heal.

Maybe Molluscum contagiosum ,a big name for a small skin growth. Although not dangerous, this skin condition might not be much fun to look at. Molluscum contagiosum is a painless, whitish, firm, small button like growth.
