Sexual health and general health are not unrelated. I'll bet even if Laticia Whatshername walked into your living room, frolicking around half-nude, he wouldn't turn into an instant porno star -- he's probably just let his body degrade like most everyone else.
Also, you should consider dressing up like a kitty and running around the house giggling.
