I've noticed from a few nights ago that my genital erection is different. The place where the penis connects to the rest of the body gave a "pop" sound and it seems that it is looser, or more away from the body. It feels a lot better. Does anyone know if the penis can be submerged somehow when someone is growing up-as in a muscle or ligament attaches in the pelvis that keeps the penis from growing outward? When that genital ligament is detached from the penis, is that a normal problem/occurence?
