Cracking of skin just below glans where prepuce starts whenever I have sex and
pull non-circumsized prepuce back. Skin very thin there in one spot and much scar
tissue. Bathe daily. Tried Zinc Oxide and regularly use Wet Platinum Lubricant. Fissure still
prevails. It heals, but comes back.

I would say you seem to be doing all the right things. You may want to consider some kind of Lubricant or vaseline to reduce friction on that chapped cracking of skin under the glans (penis head) to aleviate the problem during sex. Espectially if she is very dry when you penetrate her. If she is "wet" then it may be a penis skin problem.
Too much washing with soap can cause dryness and cracking of the penis skin. It's important that you have to keep the penis prepuce (foreskin) clean but, don't over do it, use very mild soap, it is a senitive area.
Check with a urologist doctor or health clinic for other options and to be safe.

Use a hand cream or moistening lotion on your penis all the time, not just during sexual intercourse, but be sure that its one that is OK for that area.
Causes of "sensitive and pain" can be yeast infections, allergic reactions, herpes infections, trauma/soreness from dry intercourse or masturbation and other reasons. Get a check up, because it could be something more to a trained medical professional.
Or you can find some mild antibiotic antibacterial cream in the drugstore might be helpful.
