However this doesnt feel normal, it happens during the day as well as the night despite not being errect. It started off as itching at the point where the penis connects to the ball sack, if i push that area an amount of thick white cum will squeeze out of the top and it almost seems as if its been sitting inside the penis for a while. My girlfriend used to pushed down hard in that area whilst giving me head and i fear that maybe she might of pushed a little too hard the last time. Advice: See a Urologist. Leaking cum despite not being errect is a sign of a penile disease infection or injury. The doctor can tell you about your sensitive penis burning sensation, thick white cum (pus), and itching symtoms after a exam. It maybe something serious.

Well, I think I may have some good news for you.
I believe what you have is called Levator Ani Syndrome.
Its a muscle close to the prostate that is tangled up.
The tangles muscle is spasming, reducing blood flow, sending pain signal to your prostate.
The prostate is a bundle of nerves. One of the nerves goes to tip of the penis.
Your problem is by the prostate, but the pain is at the penis. This is a simple muscle problem....
