i have fordyce spots on the shaft of my penis and on my testicles.
that is not a concern, but a few days ago i got what seems like a irratation bump on the undernieth of my shaft between
my shaft and my testicles it doesnt bother me unless it is touched.
it feels fatty like a fat lip does when its swollen. is it irritation or something to be concerned about???

If it bothers you when you touch it, is a sign of infection. It's best to have a urologist doctor ckeck it out.
