I need some advice. The last couple of weeks I've been having penis pain. Its
like a burning or itching feeling. After urinating is when it feels this way. It
kinda hurts to go pee now (burns a little). Also, when I do urinate, it tends to
spray all over, or in two different directions. Normally I know this would happen
after sex or masterbating, but its happening all the time, and not right after sex
or masterbating. I'm a 25 year old, who has had sex with a couple partners lately.
Healthy guy besides this. Any ideas?

Advice to Concerned: See a doctor or go to a health clinic as soon as possible. Penis pain is a sign of infection. Probably urinary tract infection from someone with STD. Let your partner know also.
