I have been having problems with my penis lately. Every time I ejaculate with orgasms,
after a bit of time goes by, I can feel pain in either the penis urinary (urethra) tract, or the other
tunnel where ejaculate comes out of. I can't pin point the problem. I can get hard
erections, but some times the shaft hurts somewhere between the "root" and the penis head.
I am not sure what this can be. Although I'm planning on going to the doctor, I am
wondering what this problem may be. At first, I thought it'd go away, but it's been
like this for a while. Even when getting pleasure from my girlfriend, I still feel the urinary tract
pain, if I'd ejaculated the day before. Sometimes, if extremely gentle, I don't feel
much of the pain, mind you it's never crazy stuff, to hurt it, I feel that a swelling
occurs every time I ejaculate semen fluid and then for a few days I feel the pain in the urinary tract. It is really
turning me away from any sexual intercourse pleasure because of the penis pain associated with it. I
hope it's nothing serious.
Thank you for your advice.

Normal urine is sterile. It contains fluids, salts, and waste products, but it is free of bacteria, viruses, and fungi. An genital infection occurs when microorganisms, usually bacteria from the digestive tract, cling to the urethra walls and begin to multiply. Most penis urinary infections arise from one type of bacteria, Escherichia coli (E. coli), which normally lives in the colon.
In most cases, bacteria first begin growing in the urinary tract. An infection limited to the urinary tract is called urethritis. From there bacteria often move on to the bladder, causing a bladder infection (cystitis). If the penile urethra tract infection is not treated promptly, bacteria may then go up the ureters to infect the kidneys (pyelonephritis).
Painful ejaculation may occur due to the use of certain prescription drugs such as antidepressants -- the tricyclic antidepressants (TCAs, e.g. clomipramine, imipramine, desipramine, protriptyline, amoxapine), the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs, e.g. fluoxetine), venlafaxine and the MAOIs. Apart from lowering the dose and changing the antidepressant, no strategies are available to treat this side effect.
Prostatitis or inflammation of the prostate can also cause painful ejaculation in a man. Ejaculation pain may also occur with some infections that are sexually transmitted.

then the problem can dissapear completely. it started after i injured my penis during intercourse and has continued for the
