I had a pimple like penile bump on side of penis shaft, only 1 little bump for about
2 weeks. During the 3rd week, some hard white nodule came out of it, it looks like
solidified oil something similar to a hardened white head or black head on your
face. After that came out, the penile bump on side of penus shaft was gone, but after it came out it was a bit
pink, just like a squeezed out blackhead. I was worried b/c I thought it might have
been genital warts.
I've never had unprotected sex. Do you think it's just that, a
clogged pore and I have nothing to be worried about like a STD?

Probably not a disease or penus infection, the red bumps just could be superficial blood vessels. Check with your health care specialist.
If they bother you, you can consult a laser specialist, to find out whether removing them is possible and safe.

Not to worry, sounds like
Fordyce's gland spots, are small, painless, raised, white or pale pink spots or bumps that may appear on the shaft of the penis and
are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only. They are non-infectious and a totally natural occurrence on the body.
Check with a doctor to make sure.

It's possible that these bumps are a sign of a sexually transmitted disease or something less serious, like irritation, poor hygiene or rash.
Good hygiene cleanliness practice is conductive for maintaining a healthy genitilia. Try rubbing alcohol to clear up pimples. Check with a doctor for further followup.

It's hard say what they are witout more descriptive information of the pimples. It seems like the two smaller ones are speading from the other one.
Which could be a cyst and they spread. or it could be Fordyce's spots. To be safe to have a doctor check it out and lab testing.

You may want to try some over the counter mild skin condition treatments like AmLactin ointment.
Laser surgery might be a option to consider. But you have to be checked out by a Docotor or by a specialist at the local
hospital for options that are in your best

These small bumps are most often Fordyce glands, little sebaceous (grease producing) glands that produce lubrication for the tender skin of the penis, to keep it from drying out and cracking. They're NORMAL, don't cause any problem, and don't need any cure.
In some guys, with oily skin, they may be more prominent than in other guys.

If your bumps are itching it could be a sign of a
STD (Sexually transmitted disease). Have yourself checked out as soon as possable.

You probably have
pearly penile papules (PPP) and is a harmless physiological phenomenon with no harmful effects.
It is not a sexually transmitted disease and its appearance is unrelated to sexual activity or standards of personal hygiene. They gradually may become less noticeable with increased age.
But it's best for a doctor to check it out for you.

If you have pain and swollen means it is a sign of infection. It's best for a doctor to check it out.

If they are rough or flat topped they may be warts. If they are smooth and under the skin they are probably just glands which are present here and are sometimes more prominent than at other times.

You will have to have a doctor look at them to know. The purpose of seeing a doctor is really to let them help you understand what the issue is that you are worried about and maybe STD testing without a doctor's office visit if needed.
