I would say most fellows have these small "white bumps" on their penis. They do seem to be where the pores in the skin are (by the hair follicles. There can be secretions that that will make the "white bump" larger. Once in a great while I will see one of these larger bumps, which is basically a pimple. Since you say you pratice safe sex, unless it physically bothers you, I would not be concerned.
Solutions: I've heard rubbing alcohol works to clear up pimples and good hygiene cleanliness practice is conductive for maintaining a healthy penis. But check with a doctor or health clinic to be safe.

i have little bumps around my pubic area.. it started with about 1 and then grew too more .. its not on the shaft but in the pubic area and kinda on the base of it. it kinda looks like a little pimple that you cant pop.. it just turns red. what is it?

It's possible that these bumps are a sign of a sexually transmitted disease or something less serious, like irritation, poor hygiene or rash. Good hygiene cleanliness practice is conductive for maintaining a healthy genitilia. Try rubbing alcohol to clear up pimples. Check with a doctor for further followup.

i had one what looks like a penile pimple on the shaft of my penis and over to the left there is like two super small other ones, i used to just think it was normal and every once in a while guys get "white bumps" on their penis, but i asked a few friends they all say get it checked, what should i do? is there something i should be worried about?

It's hard say what they are witout more descriptive information of the pimples. It seems like the two smaller ones are speading from the other one. Which could be a cyst and they spread. To be safe have a doctor check it out.

These small bumps are most often Fordyce glands, little sebaceous (grease producing) glands that produce lubrication for the tender skin of the penis, to keep it from drying out and cracking. They're NORMAL, don't cause any problem, and don't need any cure. In some guys, with oily skin, they may be more prominent than in other guys.

You probably have pearly penile papules (PPP) and is a harmless physiological phenomenon with no harmful effects. It is not a sexually transmitted disease and its appearance is unrelated to sexual activity or standards of personal hygiene. They gradually may become less noticeable with increased age. But it's best for a doctor to check it out for you.

If they are rough or flat topped they may be warts. If they are smooth and under the skin they are probably just glands which are present here and are sometimes more prominent than at other times.
