I purchased both Viagra and Cialis for comparisons. I used the Viagra once (50 mg) a few weeks ago with excellent results - even though I suffer from ED only on rare occasions, I found that the Viagra greatly improved my erection and enabled me to maintain it longer. In other words, there was no doubt that it made positive differences that was seen and felt by both me and my partner.
However, I'd heard that the Cialis tended to last longer, so I purchased some Cialis, and earlier today I tried it, expecting it to work (and feel) exactly as the Viagra has.

And the results: a disaster. The Cialis not only didn't work, it had the OPPOSITE effect - it made me lose whatever erection I was already having on my own! I am certain that the Cialis caused me to be unable to attain an erection - it made me feel very unresponsive in my penis.
Have you ever heard of anything like this - i.e. Cialis causing me to be unable to attain an erection? The only thing I can think of is:
1) I had been keeping the Viagra and Cialis in my car where perhaps it had gotten too hot and changed its chemical composition?
2) Between the time I took the Viagra and the time I took the Cialis, I have developed some soreness/inflammation of my prostate. Could this have been the cause of the problem?
My question is: Can I simply stay with Viagra? Is it possible that my body responds well to Viagra but not to Cialis?

1) Your viagra and cialis drugs should be stored at room temperature (59-86degrees F or 15-30 degreesC). It will have a effect on the drug if left out in the heat of your car. It may have decreased the effectiveness.
2) The prostate problem could be the cause, but I think it would effect both drugs. In any case you should see a doctor about you prostate. Locate USA doctor near you
Answer to Question: Comparison of Viagra and Cialis do have two active ingredients differiences even though they do the same thing. Viagra has sildenafil citrate and Cialis has tadalafil. People react differently even to the same drug. I would give it a another try just to be sure. Make sure you use comparable doses (I.E. Viagra 50mg and Cialis 10mg are the same doses). If Viagra works best for you, stick to it.

I've used Viagra for 3 years and went from 50 mg to 100 mg, and now at 100
it's lost its effect. I would use it three times a weekend. Have I built up a
resistance? What will happen if I use Cialis?

The same thing happen to me with Viagra pills. after 4 years the effect is not as good. I tried Cialis and Levitra and they didn't work any better.
But try Cialis and/or Levitra, it might work better for you. Get back to us here for your results.

The drug is in your system for 36 hours. So, you should be able to have multiple sex in that period. Some people
can do it and some can't. Usually the older you are the harder it is to do. Let's hear from anyone that has done it.

No, that is not a common Viagra drug side effect. You may have a condition that is called "retrograde ejaculation". When you orgasm (climax), the ejaculated seminal fluid goes into the bladder instead of being ejaculated out the penis. Or there is a block in the tubes due to infection and the ejaculation seminal fluid is not able to exit the penis.
Now, If you mean you don't even reach orgasms (climax) then you may have Anorgasmia (Anejaculation) male climax disorder.
